We like to think we’re dairy experts within foodservice - Not only have we been supplying caterers with dairy produce for over 40 years now, we regularly conduct in-depth studies into the foodservice environment. So we know exactly what dairy produce is being used in kitchens and how it’s being used - from primary schools through to pubs, restaurants and QSR’s.

Our dedicated foodservice team can advise and assist with everything from menu development and recipe ideas through to product suitability and nutritional analysis.
