Introducing: Tickler

Tickler is an amazingly tasty British extra mature Cheddar with a unique sweet, tangy and strong taste. It makes a great ingredient to key dishes and is ideal for slicing in a sandwich or as the perfect cheddar to include on a cheeseboard.

Tickler has recently won the prestigious Big tick award in the 2011 Rural Action category from Business in the community.

This award recognises that Milk Link is a responsible business.

We have a team of cheese graders who are incredibly proud of Tickler. Throughout the maturation period of around 18 months, our cheese graders monitor the cheese periodically to ensure that Tickler has the flavour attributes that make it unique and a great cheese for your customers.
