Crumbly Cheshire Cheese with Sweet Chilli & Sweet Bacon Open Sandwich
Ingredients:

Rustic Bun
40g
Cream cheese with a pinch of fresh snipped chives
30g
Roasted peppers (sliced)
40g
Cheshire crumbly cheese
20g
Sweet chilli sauce
15g
Crisp sweet cured crispy bacon (cooked rashers)
15g
Sun-blushed tomatoes
20g
Bistro leaves
Method:
1.
Cook bacon rashers in advance
2.
Roast sliced peppers in olive oil and a little seasoning in advance
3.
Cut rustic bun in half horizontally
4.
Mix chives with cream cheese to a smooth consistency
5.
Spread both halves of the bread with cream cheese & chives mix
6.
Add mixed leaves to both halves of the bread
7.
Add roasted peppers to the leaves
8.
Add crumbled Cheshire cheese to the bread
9.
Add sun-blushed tomatoes and bacon strands to the cheese
10.
Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce
11.
Present to serve
